Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage diverse environmental assessment and remediation projects

• Analyze laboratory and engineering data

• Collaborate on regulatory and summary reports for senior review

Position Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with co-workers, clients, and subcontractors

• Able to work with Sr. Managers to address technically complex projects in a fast-paced environment

• Able to meet deadlines, both internally and externally

• Other project duties as assigned by senior staff

• Moderate travel and/or field work (valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required)

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related environmental field, Supplemental degrees / certifications welcomed

• Professional Licensure (PE or PG) or MA Licensed Site Professional (LSP) Certification desirable, but not required.

Experience Levels:

• Minimum of 3-12 years’ experience in technical activities directly related to Environmental Assessment and Remediation activities, including report writing and field investigation.

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and staff

• Must be able to perform complex tasks and handle multiple priorities and have the ability to perform exceptionally well under fast paced conditions.

• Proficient in computer operations and standard software packages (word processing, spreadsheets, Adobe).

• Work on job sites, able to carry and operate field testing equipment

• Position requires Health & Safety Certification pursuant to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 (HAZWOPER 40 Hour)
