Progress Reporting: Submit periodic status reports to MassDEP, documenting treatment efficacy and groundwater quality improvements.
LSP Signoff and Documentation
Closure Sampling: Conduct final groundwater sampling to confirm contaminant concentrations meet MCP standards or background levels.
LSP Signoff: The LSP reviews treatment data and closure sampling results, signing off on the Permanent Solution Statement or Remedy Operation Status (ROS) submission.
Decommissioning: Dismantle treatment systems, restore the site, and provide a final report to the client with NPDES compliance documentation.
