Jesse Vaughan

Jesse Vaughan is a Project Manager at TERRA Environmental, where he has worked for over seven years leading complex environmental projects with a focus on scope, schedule, and budget management. He ensures regulatory compliance at the local, state, and federal levels, including adherence to the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP), RCRA, TSCA, and Solid Waste Regulations. Jesse brings extensive experience in overseeing and documenting environmental site investigations, assessments, remediation efforts, and health and safety services.

Jesse holds a B.S. in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability from the University of New Hampshire and is a Massachusetts Licensed Asbestos Inspector. He specializes in environmental remediation, technical writing, quality control, EPA NPDES permitting, and CERCLA sites. Passionate about delivering efficient, tailored solutions to complex environmental challenges, Jesse also brings several years of ongoing experience supporting work on a federal Superfund site. Outside of work, he enjoys backpacking, mountain biking, skiing, and gardening.
