Matt Simmons is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, specializing in site remediation, regulatory compliance, and environmental due diligence. He has successfully led a wide range of complex environmental projects for private, industrial, commercial, and government clients with a strong emphasis on MBTA and MassDOT contracts. Throughout his career, Matt has managed Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) throughout New England, Brownfield redevelopment projects, and remediation efforts under state and federal programs. He has a deep understanding of environmental regulations, including MassDEP, NHDES, CERCLA, RCRA, and various state-specific programs, and brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
